01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned State Counsel for the Opposite Parties.

3 The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition inter alia with the following prayer: -

"(A). A writ of mandamus or an appropriate writ may be issued quashing the impugned order of disengagement dated 13.09.2021 passed by the Collector-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Koraput under Annexure:7 and necessary direction may be made to the opposite parties to reinstate the petitioner in his former post i.e. against the post of Junior Teacher (contractual) with all consequential service and financial benefits as he has been honorably acquitted in the criminal case by virtue of judgment and order dated 04.10.2024 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Dasamantpur in T.R. No.102 of 2020 / G.R. Case No.669 of 2019 arising out of Dasamantpur P.S. Case No.111 of 2019 under Annexure:8, keeping in view the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court rendered in // 2 //

the case of Ram Lal Vs. State of Rajasthan and others (Civil Appeal No.7935 of 2023 arising out of SLP (C) No.33423 of 2018 disposed of on 04.12.2023), within a time to be stipulated by this Hon;ble Court,

(b) And any other order/orders or direction/directions may be issued so as to give complete relief to the petitioner".

4. However, taking into account the claim raised in the present Writ Petition, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to make a fresh representation before Opp. Party No.3 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period three (3) weeks hence.

5. It is observed that if such representation is filed within the aforesaid period, Opp. Party No.3 shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by the Opp. Party No.3 be communicated to the petitioner.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
