2. This revision is directed against the impugned judgment dated 11.12.2024 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Jajpur in Criminal Proceeding No. 244 of 2023 refusing to grant maintenance to the Petitioner-wife and minor daughter in an application U/S. 125 of the CrPC.

3. Heard, Mr. Maheswar Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioners.

4. In view of the judgment in Rina Kumari @ Rina Devi @ Reena Vrs. Dinesh Kumar Mahto @ Dinesh Kumar Mahato and another; (2025) SCC Online SC 72, issue notice on admission to OP by Speed Post/Registered Post with AD fixing a short returnable date. Requisites for issuance of notice shall be filed within three working days.
