01. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard from the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. Upon hearing from learned counsels of both the sides, it is felt proper to dispose of the writ petition finally directing the Tahasildar, Kondhamal (opposite party No.2) to dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner on 01.11.2024 (Annexure-5) pending before him within a month positively from the date of communication of this order in view of the final
judgment passed by the Hon'ble Courts in W.P.(C) No.25712 of 2024 on dated 22.10.2024.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of finally.
5. Registry is directed to communicate this order to the Tahasildar, Kondhamal (opposite party No.2) immediately.
6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted to the petitioner on proper application.
