03. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

2. Mr. Suryakanta Dwibedi, learned counsel for the petitioner while inviting attention of the Court to the criminal antecedent of the petitioner stated to be shown against the petitioner by filing the copy of the judgment passed in SC Case No.82/30 of 2006 submits that the petitioner has already been acquitted in that case. Accordingly, the learned State counsel is, hereby, requested to verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner by the next date.
