ORDER
Order No. 04.12.2025 02. This matter is taken up through Hybrid
arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).
Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a comprehensive affidavit wherein it is mentioned that so far as the two criminal antecedents are concerned, in one case he has been acquitted and in other case, the trial is going on but he is on bail. Since no supporting documents have been annexed to the affidavit, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks some time to produce the certified copy of the judgment in which the petitioner has been acquitted and the bail order in the other case.
Let a copy of the comprehensive affidavit be handed over to the learned counsel for the State in the meantime.
List this matter in the week commencing from 15.12.2025.
