2. Heard.

3. Considering the dispute involved and the rejection available vide the impugned order under Annexure-7, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State is directed to obtain instruction with regard to implementation of the order passed by this Court in its judgment dtd.18.11.1992 in OJC No.3817 of 1989 under Annexure-1.

4. Such instruction be obtained before the next date positively, as the case is of the year 2022 and on the face of the issuance of notice vide order dtd.24.11.2022, no counter affidavit has been filed as yet.

5. As requested, list this matter in the week commencing 19th January, 2026.
