                                     ORDER

09.12.2025 RPFAM No.351 of 2025 & I.A. No.512 of 2025 Order No.

01. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner.

3. Issue notice on admission and stay to the Opposite Parties by Speed Post with A.D. along with a copy of this order, fixing a short returnable date. Requisites be filed by day after tomorrow (11.12.2025).

4. The matter be listed in the week commencing from 9th February, 2026.

5. Tracking report of notices to the Opposite Parties be kept on record before the next date of listing.

6. As an interim measure, operation of the impugned judgment dated 29.08.2025, passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhawanipatna in Criminal Proceeding No.19 of 2023 is stayed, subject to the Petitioner depositing an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (rupees one lakh) in two equal installments, before the learned Judge, Family Court,

Bhawanipatna in shape of demand draft, to be drawn in the name of Opposite Party No.1-wife within four weeks hence. Apart from the same, the Petitioner shall go on paying Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousands) per month, by 10th of the succeeding month, to the Opposite Party No.1- wife during pendency of the revision petition, which shall commence from the month of November, 2025.

7. It is made clear that the maintenance for the month of November, 2025 shall be deposited by 19th December, 2025.

8. It is further made clear that, if such Demand Drafts are deposited, the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhawanipatna shall do well to handover the said Demand Drafts to the Opposite Party No.1-wife forthwith, who is one of the Petitioners in Criminal Proceeding No.19 of 2023.

9. Urgent certified copy be granted on proper application as per rules.
