2. Heard Mr. Rath, learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioner.

3. Issue notice to the Opposite Party requiring him to show cause as to why proceeding under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 shall not be initiated against him for non-compliance of judgment dated 2nd September, 2025 in W.P.(C) No.14518 of 2025.

4. Requisites for issuance of notice to the Opposite Party by Speed Post with A.D. shall be filed by 3rd December, 2025.

5. Put up this matter on 19th January, 2026 along with tracking report of the Postal Department and show cause reply, if any, filed by the Opposite Party.
