08. This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

Learned counsel for the State submits that since the offence is one under Section 3(2)(v) of S.C. and S.T. (POA) Act, the appeal memo has been served on the informant and the informant is interested to oppose the bail application and has requested for engagement of a counsel from the High Court Legal Aid panel list, she seeks some time to obtain the Vakalatnama of the informant.

List this matter on 15th December, 2025. In the meantime, if the Vakalatnama is obtained, the same shall be handed over to the

Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, who shall engage a counsel for the informant and the Registry shall handover the appeal memo, interim applications including the impugned judgment to the learned counsel for the informant.

The name of the learned counsel to be engaged for the informant be reflected in the cause list.
