09. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

2. Heard the learned counsel for the Appellant as well as learned counsel for the State-Respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the Appellant, at the outset, contended that vide order dated 05.08.2025, the Appellant has been directed to be released on bail in I.A. Nos.2752 & 2781 of 2023.

4. Learned counsel for the Appellant, at the outset, contended that although the trial was conducted and the judgment of conviction was passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Gunupur in T.R. No.01 of 2019 which has been correctly mentioned in the respective

I.As., however, in the appeal memo the same has been wrongly typed out as 'Koraput' instead of 'Gunupur'.

5. In view of the aforesaid discrepancy, learned counsel for the Appellant seeks liberty to file an application seeking correction of the court name in the appeal memo.

6. Further, taking into consideration the fact that the court name has been mentioned as Additional Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge, Gunupur in I.A. Nos.2752 & 2781 of 2023, out of which, order dated 05.08.2025 arises, this Court is inclined to direct for correction of the court name as mentioned in paragraphs-5 and 11 of order dated 05.08.2025 to the extent that the word "Koraput" be read as "Gunupur"

7. The expression "Mr. D. Sahoo" as reflected in the cause title of the order dated 05.08.2025 be read as "Mr. Arun Kumar Mishra".

8. The name of Mr. Debasis Sahoo be deleted from the cause list as well as in the first page of record.

9. List this case in the week commencing 8th September, 2025.
