09. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties.

3. Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition inter alia with the following prayer:-

"The petitioner in the facts and circumstances of the above case respectfully pray that this Hon'ble Court be graciously pleased to admit this Writ application to issue Rule NISI calling upon the Opp. Parties to show cause as to why the petitioner shall not to be awarded compensation of Rs. 15,00,000/- together with interest at the rate of 18% immediately and/or if the Opp. Parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause, the said Rule be made absolute by issuing a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/order / directions as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper, equitable and expedient asking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of this case.

And for this act of kindness the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray."

4. It is contended by the learned counsels appearing for the Parties that the issue involved in this case is squarely covered by the judgment delivered on 16.04.2025 in W.P.(C) No.14548 of 2016.

4.1. It is accordingly contended that the matter be disposed of in the light of the order passed in W.P.(C) No.14548 of 2016.

5. Considering the submissions made, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition in the light of the order passed vide judgment dtd.16.04.2025 in W.P.(C) No.14548 of 2016.

6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
