CORAM:
THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR
MOHAPATRA
ORDER
14.08.2025
Order No.
04. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/ Physical Mode).
2. Learned counsel for the Petitioners at the outset contended that the State-Opposite Parties have preferred Writ Appeal bearing W.A. No.2879 of 2024 which has been dismissed by the judgment of the Hon'ble division bench dated 25.07.2025. However, while dismissing the writ appeal the Hon'ble division bench has extended the time for implementation of learned single judge order within
three months from the date of the judgment i.e. 25.07.2025.
3. In such view of the matter, the contempt proceeding is dropped with a direction to the Opposite Parties to implement the order within the aforesaid extended time, failing which liberty is granted to the petitioners to revive the contempt application by filing an application.
