06. 1. Before recording the arguments of the learned counsel for the respective parties, the Court is of the view that the LCR is necessary since the judgment in Election Misc. Case No.11 of 2022 as at Annexure-3 has been confirmed vide Annexure-4 and in view of the plea advanced by the petitioner.

2. Hence, it is ordered.

3. LCR be called for. Registry is to take steps for transmission of the LCR so as to reach this Court well before the next date fixed.

4. List on 9th September, 2025 for final hearing and order upon receiving the LCR.

5. Interim order passed by this Court shall remain in force

till the next date of listing.
