2. Heard Mr. G.P. Samal, learned counsel for the appellant. Perused the impugned judgments.

3. Considering the submissions and the grounds raised, the second appeal is admitted on the following substantial question of law:-

i. Whether the 1st Appellate Court was correct in reversing the judgment of the trial Court by holding that the plaintiff's claim for correction of the date of birth is to be adjudicated under the provision of Industrial Disputes Act and that the jurisdiction of the Civil Court is barred?

4. Issue notice to the respondents by registered post with A.D. making it returnable within four weeks. Requisites be filed within three working days.

5. Call for the LCR.

7. List this matter in the month of April, 2026 for hearing.
