  02.       1.     It is stated at the Bar that, application filed by the Appellant-wife

under Section 13(1) of the Hindu Marriage Act has been disallowed, whereas the application of the Respondent-husband filed under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act for restitution of conjugal rights has been allowed by the common judgment and decree dated 10.12.2024 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Rourkela in Civil Proceeding No.242 of 2021.

2. It is agreed by the learned counsel for the parties that the parties shall join for mediation.

3. Accordingly, the matter be placed before the Orissa High Court Mediation Centre, Aain Seva Bhawan, Cuttack. The record shall be forwarded by the Registry to the Mediation Centre, Aain Seva Bhawan.

4. The learned counsel for the the parties shall appear before the Coordinator, Medication Centre on 14th August, 2025. Office shall forward the records.

Date shall be intimated along with the copy of this order to the parties by the Registry / Mediation Centre to facilitate their appearance before the Mediator.

5. The interim / final report of the Mediation shall be submitted within six weeks of appearance of the parties before the learned Mediator.

6. Registry shall send / hand over a copy of this order to all the parties.

7. The Coordinator, Mediation Centre shall provide legal aid to any of the parties, who are unable to engage any counsel on their own.
