01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

2. On the prayer of the learned counsel for the Appellant, he is permitted to add the Informant as Respondent No.2 in the appeal.

3. Let the corrected copy of the cause title of the appeal memo be uploaded within three working days hence.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the Appellant.

5. Appeal is Admitted.

6. Call for the digitized copy of the TCR.

7. Issue notice to the Respondent No.2 by registered post

with A.D. by fixing a short returnable date. Requisites shall be filed within three working days hence.

8. List this matter immediately after receipt of TCR.

9. This is an application for staying the realization of fine amount.

10. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner-Appellant as well as learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the State- Respondent No.1.

11. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner-Appellant, it is directed that realization of fine amount under the impugned judgment in Spl. G.R. Case No.74 of 2017 passed by learned Ad-hoc Additional District & Sessions Judge (FTSC-I), Cuttack shall remain stayed till the next date.

12. This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioner-Appellant seeking his release on bail.

13. This interlocutory application shall be taken up after receipt of TCR.
