04. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. This CONTC arises out of the judgment/order dated
11.02.2022 passed in W.P(C) No.3083 of 2022.
3. Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
4. At the outset, learned counsel for the Opposite
Parties/Contemnors, on instruction, submits that the order
from which this CONTC arises, has already been complied
with in the meantime.
5. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that
nothing survives in this CONTC to be adjudicated upon
by this Court any further.
6. This CONTC is, accordingly, disposed of being
dropped.
