25. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This I.A. has been filed by the State-Appellant to take notice against the Respondent No.1(c) stating therein that the Respondent No.1(c) is alive.

3. In view of the reasons detailed in the I.A., prayer made in the application is allowed.

4. Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.

26. 1. As per the office note, notice issued to Respondent No.1(a)(ii) and 1(a)(v) returned unserved with postal endorsement "addressee left without instruction". In view of the judgment of the Supreme Court reported in AIR 1989 SC 630 (M/s. Madan & Co. Vs. Wazir Jaivir Chand), notices on the said Respondents are held to be sufficient.

2. In view of order of even date passed in I.A. No.17 of 2025, the State-Appellant is directed to take necessary steps for issuance of notice on limitation to Respondent No.1(c) by Registered/Speed Post with A.D. within a period of two weeks.

3. On filing of requisites, notice be issued to the Respondent No.1(c) fixing a short returnable date.

4. The matter be listed in the week commencing from 30th June, 2025.

5. Tracking report of notices to all the Respondents be kept on record before the next date listing.
