1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

2. This revision is directed against the confirming judgment of conviction and sentence of the petitioner for commission of offence punishable U/Ss. 457/381/120-B of the IPC.

3. Heard.

4. Admit. Call for the soft/digitized copy of the LCR/TCR by the next date.

5. The IA Nos. 182 & 183 of 2025 would be considered after receipt of the soft copy of the LCR/TCR.

6. Since the learned trial Court has not sent the complete soft copy of the LCR which only contains order sheet and copy of the judgment, but without any deposition, the learned trial Court is requested to submit the complete set of soft copy of the LCR by next date.
