2. This petition is arising out of an application under Order-1

Rule-10 moved by the petitioners, which has been rejected by the

appellate court. Unfortunately, neither the plaint nor the judgment

against which the RFA was filed, has been placed on record so also

the necessary documents are not placed on record. In the present

case, the interim order of stay is operating since 02.12.2022. When

the matter was heard today, learned counsel for the petitioner

submits that he would file the necessary documents. Let the

petitioners file all the necessary documents within a week, subject

to paying cost of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand) to be deposited
