Learned counsel for the respondent files a copy of the petition filed by the Judgment Debtor No.4 before the Executing Court on 05.04.2025, wherein prayer has been made to withdraw the contents of the time petition filed earlier, i.e., on 18.09.2024. The petition seeks to explain the circumstances, under which it was mentioned that the Judgment Debtor had taken necessary steps for payment of the decretal dues. This Court would like to know what order has been passed by the Executing Court.

3. Shri Padhee, learned counsel for the respondent informs that the case before the Executing Court is fixed to 21st of this month. Hence, list this matter in the week commencing 5th May, 2025.
