2. Heard Mr. Dalai, learned Proxy Counsel, on behalf of Ms. J. Bhuyan, learned Counsel for the Petitioner.
3. Issue notice to the Opposite Parties-Contemnors by Registered/Speed Post with A.D. fixing a short returnable date, along with a copy of this order, to show cause as to why they shall not be booked under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for willful flouting of judgment dated 11.09.2023 passed in W.P.(C) No.12881 of 2020 so also order dated 22.12.2023 passed in CONTC No.10342 of 2023. Requisites be filed by 15.04.2025.
4. The matter be listed after four weeks during next session of this Bench.
5. Tracking report of notice issued to the Opposite Parties- Contemnors be kept on record before the next date of listing.
