  01.       1.      This   matter   is   taken   up   through   Hybrid

arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

2. Learned counsel for the State submits that as per order dated 25.02.2025, he has received the para-wise comments from the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Upper Indravati Irrigation Project, Kalahandi that as per the judgment dated 23.08.2017 passed in LAR No.81 of 2012, the compensation has to be calculated and within six weeks the payment has to be made.

3. List this matter in the week commencing from 12.05.2025.

4. Learned counsel for the State shall obtain specific instructions as to whether the amount as per the aforesaid judgment has been paid to the Petitioner or not with documentary proof.
