from the Registrar, Debts Recovery Tribunal, Cuttack, which is at 'Flag-B' seeking extension of time for disposal of S.A. No. 48 of 2024. In the said letter, learned Presiding Officer, Debts Recovery Tribunal, Cuttack has

enclosed the order sheet dated 06.03.2025 wherein it is mentioned that S.A. No. 48 of 2024 was posted to 21.03.2025 for judgment.

In that view of the matter, since the time sought for has already elapsed and in the meantime, the judgment might have been delivered, no order is required to be passed.
