1. This CMP has been filed with a prayer by the plaintiff-decree

holder for early disposal of Execution Case No. 01 of 2021 pending

in the Court of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Talcher within a

stipulated time.

2. Mr. B. K. Biswal, learned counsel for the petitioner submits

that the civil suit No. 240 of 2013 had been decreed on 18.11.2019

and no appeal had been filed against the said judgment. Though the

execution case has been filed in the year 2021, the same is still

pending before the learned court below even though 4 years have

been elapsed in the meanwhile. He draws my attention to Annexure-

2 which is the order sheet in Execution Case No. 01 of 2021, which

reveals that the matter has been adjourned on a number of dates.

3. In view of the decision of the Supreme Court in the case of

Periyammal V. Rajamani : 2025 INSC 329, this CMP is disposed of

directing the learned Senior Civil Judge, Talcher to take steps for

disposal of the execution case No. 01 of 2021 expeditiously

preferably within a period of 6 months from receipt of this order, if

there is no other legal impediment.
