4. Since it is contended by Mr. S.J. Mohanty, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Ms. D. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2, contended that Ms. D. Mohapatra has already entered appearance for Respondent Nos.1 and 2, no notice need be issued, let a copy of the appeal memo along with judgment be served on Ms. Mohapatra by 04.10.2024.
