About the Position
DSK Legal is inviting applications for the job post of Associate/Senior Associate in Practise area of Project & Infrastructure. Job Code: 00035.
Eligibility
- Strong core experience of 3 to 6 Years in Project & Infrastructure matters including inter-alia drafting, reviewing, revising, finalizing, and negotiating tender documents, concession agreements, bids, joint bidding agreements, consortium agreements, joint venture agreements, requests for qualifications, requests for proposals, risk matrices, etc.
- Exposure to contracts, project documentation, regulatory and advisory work for Projects & Infrastructure.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills for Projects & Infrastructure.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Candidates should be open to working from Mumbai during the initial assignment period of 6 to 9 months and subsequently relocating to Delhi.
Location
Initially based in Mumbai for 6 to 9 months, followed by relocation to our Delhi office.
