01. 1. Mr. Pratap, learned advocate appears on behalf of appellant,

who was wife in the marriage dissolved by judgment dated 13th

February, 2024 of the Family Court. She is aggrieved by quantum of

permanent alimony. The appeal has been filed in time.

2. Mr. Sharma, learned advocate appears and files his power. He

submits, he is thereby entering appearance on behalf of respondent.

He confirms there has been service of the memo of appeal and

accordingly formal notice of appeal is waived.

3. The lower Court record be called for.
