01. 1. Mr. Parida, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant-
appellant, who was husband in the marriage dissolved by judgment
dated 18th May, 2024 of the Family Court. His client is aggrieved by
quantum of permanent alimony directed at ₹25,00,000/-. The appeal
was presented on reported delay of 50 days. Application has been
made for condonation.
2. Issue notice along with this order on the application and appeal.
Accept one set of process fee for service by registered/speed post with
AD. Applicant will put in requisites.
