22. This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

Perused the prisoner's petition dated 03.10.2024 at "Flag-L"

L" in which prayer has been made by the appellant to engage a counsel from the legal aid panel.

Prayer is allowed.

Registry is directed to intimate the appellant about the engagement of the counsel.
