   01.           This   matter    is   taken   up   through    Hybrid

arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

Since Mr. Satrughna Dash (A), learned counsel bearing Enrollment No. O-835/91 has filed CRLA No. 1116 of 2024 for the appellant/condemned prisoner challenging the impugned judgment and order of conviction dated 01.10.2024 passed in Spl. G.R. Case No.14 of 2022 by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge - cum- Special Court (under POCSO Act), Sambalpur, he is also appointed as Amicus Curiae for the condemned prisoner in this DSREF to assist this Court.

Let the registry prepare the paper book in the case along with CRLA No. 1116 of 2024 within two weeks and supply a copy of the same to the learned Amicus Curiae.

List this matter along with CRLA No. 1116 of 2024 in the week commencing from 13th January 2025.
