2. It is stated at the bar that the co-accused, who faced trial in G.R. Case No.225 of 2012 have since been acquitted by judgment dated 13.10.2023 passed by the learned Sessions Judge-cum- CJM, Ganjam.

3. List this matter on 09.12.2024 along with CRLREV No.642 of 2024 and 643 of 2024.

4. Learned counsel for the State is called upon to obtain instruction in the matter.

5. In the meanwhile, learned counsel for the Petitioner is requested to place on record the copy of

the F.I.R. and the depositions of witnesses examined in the said Case.
