01. 1. Mr. Dash, learned advocate appears on behalf of
applicant/appellant and submits, his client was wife in the marriage
dissolved by ex-parte order dated 23rd February, 2016 made by the
Family Court. She had applied for setting it aside. By judgment dated
7th May, 2024 her application was dismissed. His client is aggrieved.
The appeal was presented on reported delay of 4 days. Application
has been made for condonation.
2. Issue notice along with this order on the application and
appeal. Accept one set of process fee for service by registered/speed
post with A.D. Applicant will put in requisites.
3. List on 28th November, 2024.
