1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties.

3. Even though the present appeal has been filed inter alia challenging Judgment dtd.30.01.2009 so passed by the State Education Tribunal in GIA Case No. 156 of 2004, but in course of hearing learned Addl. Govt. Advocate contended that the services of both Appellant and Private Respondent No. 5 have been approved in the meantime with due extension of the grant-in-aid in their favour.

4. In view of the same, the prayer as made in the FAO has become infructuous and the appeal is accordingly disposed of.
