4. 1. Mr. Mohapatra, learned advocate appears on behalf of
applicant/appellant-father. He submits, his client is aggrieved by
judgment dated 18th May, 2023 of the Family Court enhancing the
maintenance in respect of his daughter. The appeal was presented
on reported delay of 20 days. Application has been made for
condonation.
2. Mr. Dash, learned advocate appears on behalf of the daughter
and in fairness submits, the Court deal with the application as
deems fit and proper.
3. Perused the application. We accept the causes shown. The
delay is condoned and appeal admitted. The application is disposed
of.
4. Mr. Dash waives formal notice of appeal.
5. The lower Court record be called for.
