6. 1. Mr. Nandy, learned advocate appears on behalf of
respondent-husband and prays for extension of time for his client to
file objection to the application for condonation of delay. Mr.
Singh, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant/appellant-
wife and submits, time to file objection was obtained on 30th April,
2024. The reported delay of 232 days is because time taken by his
client was consumed on unsuccessfully seeking setting aside of the
judgment made ex-parte, not excluded.
2. Extension granted is peremptory. The objection will be
accepted on adjourned date upon advance copy served.
