01. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. The Petitioners have filed this Writ Petition challenging

the impugned judgment dated 03.05.2024 issued by

NCDRC, New Delhi rendered in Revision Petition

No.679/2024. He further challenges the order dated

05.07.2022 issued by SCDRC, Odisha, Cuttack rendered

in F.A. No.436/2015 and F.A. No.555/2015.

3. In such view of the matter, let notice be issued to the

Opposite Party No.2 by Regd. Post with A.D./Speed Post

making it returnable by 9th July, 2024. Requisites shall be

filed within three working days from today.

4. List this matter on 10th July, 2024.

5. As an interim measure, it is directed that the judgment

dated 03.05.2024 issued by NCDRC, New Delhi rendered

in Revision Petition No.679/2024 and the order dated

05.07.2022 issued by SCDRC, Odisha, Cuttack rendered

in F.A. No.436/2015 and F.A. No.555/2015 shall remain

stayed till the next date of listing of this matter.
