08. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

2. It appears from the noting of the Registry that, records of T.s. No.141 of 1988(which is part of LCR of this 2 nd appeal), has not been received as yet from the district Judge, Ganjam. The T.S. No.141 of 1988 was disposed of by the court of learned Munsif, Berhampur as per its judgment dated 24.08.1992.

3. This 2nd appeal is year an old appeal of the year 1999. In spite of repeated directions and reminders from this Hon'ble Court to the District court, the part of the LCR of the 2nd appeal, i.e., record of T.S. No.141 of 1988 have not been transmitted.

4. Therefore, learned District Judge, Ganjam at Berhampur is directed to transmit the photo copies of the record of T.S. No.141 of 1988 within a week positively for early disposal of the 2 nd appeal.
