01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

2. In view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Arnesh Kumar v. State of Bihar and another reported in (2014) 8 SCC 273, the Arresting Officer shall comply with the provisions of Section 41-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the ABLAPL stand disposed of.
