01. 1. The appellant-husband/father being aggrieved by a judgment dated 11.04.2024 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Puri in C.P. No.65 of 2021 allowing the petition filed by the wife and daughter of the appellant under Section 18 of the Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act by granting maintenance to the respondents herein (wife and daughter of the appellant).
2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the learned Judge, Family Court, Puri has not considered the capacity of the appellant to pay such maintenance and the finding given by the learned
Judge, Family Court, Puri is contrary to the materials on record.
3. Issue notice to the respondents by registered/speed post with A.D. Requisites be filed within seven working days. Notice be issued fixing a early returnable date.
4. Call for the LCR (scanned copy).
5. List this matter before the assigned Bench in the week commencing 01.07.2024.
