Rout, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P. P. Mohanty,

learned Additional Government Advocate for the State-Opposite

Parties.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the relief

sought for by the Petitioner in the present writ petition is covered

by the judgment of this Court dated 12th December, 2023 in

W.P.(C) No.32454 of 2023 (Rabi Narayan Sahoo v. State of

Odisha and others).

4. In view of such submission made, the writ petition stands

disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 12th December, 2023
