01. 1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard Mr. S.K. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. U.K. Sahoo, learned ASC.

3. The grievance of the Petitioner is for disposal of OSS Case No.114 of 2022 pending before the Member Board of Revenue, Cuttack.

4. Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Member, Board of Revenue, Cuttack (O.P. No.1) to dispose of OSS Case No.114 of 2022 in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

5. The Petitioner is at liberty to produce the judgments dated 8 th August, 2023 of this court passed in W.P.(C) No.2742 of 2023 & W.P.(C) No.14376 of 2023 before the Member, Board of Revenue.
