09. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Pursuant to order dated 04.03.2016, notices were issued to the PLRs of the deceased Respondent No.1 by registered Post with A.D. in Misc. Case Nos.71,72 & 73 of 2016.

3. As per the Office Note, the Respondent No. 1(b), 1(c), (d),

(e), (i), (h) & (j) have already rendered appeared .

4. Mr. B.R. Barik, learned Counsel for the said Respondents, who is also the Counsel for the Respondent Nos.2 & 4, submits, during pendency of this Appeal, the State-Appellant has already implemented the impugned judgment passed in LA Case No. 53 of 2004 and his clients have already been paid the compensation in terms of the impugned judgment dated 22.09.2005.

5. Mr. Panigrahi, learned ASC for the State Appellant prays for a short adjournment to ascertain as to correctness of the said

submission made by Mr. Barik.

6. Matter be listed in the week commencing from 15th January, 2024, as prayed for.
