01. 1. The matters are taken up through Hybrid Arrangement

2. Upon hearing learned Counsel for the Appellant in the matter of admission of this Appeal with the assistance of learned Additional Standing Counsel for the Respondent, the Appeal is admitted to answer the following substantial question of law: -
"Whether the Courts below are right in negating the case/claim of the Plaintiff as regards acquisition of title over the suit land by way of adverse possession?"
3. On consent of the learned Counsels for the parties, the Appeal is heard on merit to answer the above substantial question of law.
4. Hearing being concluded.
