02. 1. Mr. Panigrahi, learned advocate appears on behalf of
applicant/appellant-wife. He submits, his client is aggrieved by judgment
dated 19th May, 2022 of the family Court dissolving the marriage.
Without prejudice he submits, permanent alimony was not granted. The
appeal was filed on delay reported at 222 days. His client has made
application for condonation.

appeal. Accept one set of process fee for service by registered/speed post
with A.D. Appellant will put in requisites.
