2. In compliance of the order dated 08.11.2023, Ms. S. Patnaik, learned counsel appearing for the Appellant relies upon the judgment of the apex Court in Saurav Yadav and others v. State of Uttar Pradesh and Others, (2021) 4 SCC 542.
3. As it appears, the aforesaid judgment is relating to the case of the State of Utter Pradesh and the rules applicable to that state. In course of hearing, this Court called upon learned counsel appearing for the Appellant to show as to whether the rules of the State of Odisha has given any leverage that if the woman candidate to the Post of Un-reserved category is not available, the said post can be filled up by an woman candidate belonging to SEBC category or not.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the Appellant seeks further time to examine the same and assist this Court.
5. Put up this matter after two weeks.
