  01.              This    matter   is     taken     up   through    Hybrid

arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that after the order dated 07.12.2023 was passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.38067 of 2023, which was disposed of with a direction to the D.R.T., Cuttack to proceed with S.A. No.20 of 2020 with expediency for its conclusion in accordance with law preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of the order or its communication, whichever is earlier, the

petitioners submitted the certified copy of the order before the D.R.T., Cuttack in S.A. No.20 of 2020 on 16.12.2023 and much beyond the period prescribed by this Court, the said S.A. was heard on merit and the judgment was reserved on 16.05.2024, but till date, the judgment has not been pronounced.

Let the learned counsel for the petitioners produce the certified copy of the relevant order sheet.

List this matter in the week commencing from 12.08.2024.

Let a status report of S.A. No.20 of 2020 be obtained by the learned Registrar (Judicial) from the opposite party no.1- Registrar, Debts Recovery Tribunal, Cuttack.
