09. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Written notes of submission along with citations filed in Court be kept in record.

3. It is contended by Mr. S. Behera, learned counsel for the Petitioner that similarly situated person as like the Petitioner has got the benefit as per the judgment passed by this Court in W.P.(C) (OAC) No.2103 of 2016. But this Court finds that the Petitioner in the said case was appointed vide order dtd.07.03.1981 of the Collector, pursuant to a selection process so undertaken. Petitioner is accordingly directed to produce the initial order of appointment so issued in his favour on the next date.
