04. 1. Mr. Rath led by Mr. Dash, learned advocate appears on behalf

of applicants writ petitioners. He submits, there was made judgment

dated 24th July, 2023 in the modification application filed by his

clients. There is typographical error in paragraph-12 of the judgment

inasmuch reference therein to 'paragraph-9' of order dated 4th January,

2023 in R.C. no.13 of 2013 should be 'page-9'.

2. Ms. Naidu, learned advocate appears on behalf of the

Commissioner.

3. We accept submission made by applicants. Phrase 'paragraph-

9' appearing in paragraph-12 of our judgment dated 24th July, 2023 be

corrected to read 'page-9'. The correction be deemed to have been

incorporated in said judgment.

4. The application is disposed of.
