04. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

2. Referring to the specific assertions in Page-8 of the Writ Petition, it is stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that this matter is covered by the orders passed by this Court dated 23.04.1993 in O.J.C. No.6214 of 1991 (Smt. Mayadevi Sanadhya v. State of Orissa and others) and order dated 27.07.1998 in O.J.C. No.320 of 1995 (Kishore Chandra Mohapatra v. State of Orissa and others).

3. On instructions, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the orders passed in the said cases have been implemented.

4. It is his submission that the Petitioner is at all fours with the Petitioners in the cases referred to herein above. The matter can be disposed of in the light of the judgments so passed.

5. Since the present Petitioner is senior citizen, Mr. Pattnaik, learned counsel for the State is requested to examine the matter and

apprise the Court regarding the stand taken by the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

6. List this matter on 12.10.2023.
